Site Plan and Architectural Review Procedures and Guidelines

The Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee (SPARC) has prepared the following document titled SPARC Procedures and Guidelines to assist the applicant. In the first section, the SPARC process is laid out. In the second section, specific development standards such as parking lot layout, landscape design, and trash enclosure standards are detailed.
