Geographic Information System

	Returns the user to the starting point of the GIS application.
	Zooms in on the map by clicking once, or by drawing an envelope.
	Zooms out by 50% each time the tool is clicked.
	Zooms to the Full Extent of the map.
	Zooms to the Previous Zoom Level.
	Pan by clicking, holding, and dragging with the mouse.
	Display all relevant information for selected point.
	Allows the user to search by Address or Assessor Parcel Number (APN).
	Reload the current web page.
	Allows the user to clear selected features and attribute lists.
	Allows the user measure distances by drawing lines on the map.
	Allows the user to send the map image as an email.
	Toggles City Overview Map on and off.
	Toggles the layer list on and off.
	Toggles the Legend on and off.
	Toggles Attribute data window on and off (when applicable).
