Online Payments -
Parking Tickets/Citations
(If your citation was hand-written, please allow up to two weeks for the payment system to upload your citation). For parking citation appeals forms - Placard Citation Review and Parking Citation Review and Appeal Instructions (non-placard)
Petaluma’s Municipal Code and Charter - research the full municipal code; contains list of ordinances.
Building Permits - you can lookup, apply for, make payments and schedule inspections for many building permits.
Jan. 5, 2010 - The online permit applications application has been indefinitely suspended, due to budget limitations. We will post any updates here as they develop. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Community Development - Geographic Information System contains limited parcel information, measuring tools, maps of zoning, General Plan land use.
