You may have noticed a new look to your water and wastewater bill. To provide you with a better understanding of charges, we added important information to your bill.

Below is a sample of what you will find on the front of your bill.

Key Information At-A-Glance

A	Account Details This area includes your account information and due date. Please reference your account number whenever you call-in with questions.
B	Billing Detail This area shows a breakdown of water and wastewater, and other charges if applicable within the monthly billing period.
C	Summary of Charges The summary of charges includes previous balance, last payment, current charges and total amount due.
D	Meter Readings This is the actual meter reading and water usage used to calculate your bill.
E	Consumption The consumption chart graphs your usage.
F	Payment Coupon Please fill out the appropriate information, detach and include when making your payment.

G	Payment Instructions Here you will find detailed information for paying by mail, in person and paying using your credit card.
H	Description of Charges This area describes the three main charges and how the charges are derived.
I	Delinquent Account and Moving/Vacating This area describes fees for delinquent payments and responsibility of closing your account should you move.
J	Change of Name or Address Provide information in this area if you have changed your name or have a new mailing address.
