The Administrative Services Department provides financial management and accounting services for all departments in the City of Petaluma. These services include Finance-related services:

  Including Preparation of Related Financial Reports
• City of Petaluma Annual Budget
• Business Tax Certificates
• Utility Billing
• Parking Enforcement
• City Employee Salary Schedule and Payroll
• Purchasing, Printing and Mail

And other, administrative functions:

• Human Resources
• Information Technology
• Parking Enforcement (you can pay parking citations online at Parking Tickets/Citations)
