Mandatory
Plans and Specs for projects will be available for purchase at the Water Field Office located at 202 N. McDowell Blvd., Petaluma, CA.
All contractors interested in bidding on a project listed below, who wish to download plans and specs for free, must click on the link below listed as Plan Holder's Form and fill out and press the submit button to send to the Public Work & Utilities' Department. Contractors and subcontractors must provide the Public Works & Utilities Department with this necessary information to receive addendums, information regarding the project, and to be listed on the mandatory Plan Holder's list.
Not Mandatory
If you are a subcontractor who intends to provide services/costs to a prime contractor, or you are an interested party, please fill out the Plan Holder's form to receive addendums and information for a project bid.
