Commercial Toilet Replacement Program

All Petaluma commercial water and/or sewer customers qualify for the Toilet Replacement Program. Cash rebate payments are made after installation of new toilets and urinals. 

All old toilets must be recycled at the Petaluma Recycling Center, 315 Second Street, Petaluma. Recycling is available Monday - Saturday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. A recycling receipt will be given to you to submit with the application for your cash rebate. Old toilets will be crushed and recycled as road base through the City's program.

To receive an application for the Toilet Replacement Program, call 707.778.4507, or pick one up at City Hall, 11 English Street, Petaluma.
