The Department of Water Resources and Conservation provides emergency response 24 hours per day. To report a leak, main break or other service problem, please call 707.778.4546.
Our Customer Service Personnel and Field Representatives:
- Start and stop water service due to moving or non-payment.
- Help customers with calls regarding bills or service problems.
- Read water meters.
